Steps:

• Move away from db.users.instanceAdmin field to db.instance table
• Create an entry on signup when self-hosted is set to true and make him/her an instance owner. Currently, it'll update the user's table. https://github.com/mcnaveen/liny/blob/d73b43277f7cf4f8d360a435f6bed9cb82cb4478/lib/auth.ts#L133-L156
• Only accessible for admin - Determined by db.instance table data

Features:

• Allow to view all the user data in the instance - Name, GitHub
• Option to Ban, Mark as Spam, Invite as instance Admin (Owner Only)
• Manage the reported posts
• Possible SSO (Maybe in the future)
• Can control whole instance settings
