Rhino crashes if SteamVR is closed #2

If one closes SteamVR while RhinoVR is active, Rhino will crash.

Hi @fraguada,

I just tried this and SteamVR tells me that closing SteamVR will also close Rhino. It seems like there's nothing I can do about it. There is no crash happening nor any crash dialog.

The correct way to close RhinoVR is to just run RhinoVR again.
