View is occluded if RhinoVR command is run when SteamVR not running #3

rhinovr issue

If the RhinoVR command is run when SteamVR is not running, it will fire up SteamVR but the headset view will be occluded by what looks to be a model of the headset.

If one starts SteamVR and then runs the RhinoVR command, then the view is not occluded.

I've had similar issues, and they should now be fixed. Please test the latest version.
