Expose a Delete method on File3dmGroupTable #482

The Delete method can accept either:

A Group object (like the File3dmGroupTable class in RhinoCommon)
A group's index (like the File3dmGroupTable class in RhinoCommon)
A group's UUID (like BND_ONXModel_ObjectTable)
