ON_Matrix_New entry point #83

In Grasshopper-based RhinoCommon in Rhino 4 SR9, instantiating a new Matrix class throws an exception:

Unable to find an entry point named 'ON_Matrix_New' in DLL 'rhcommon_c'. (line: 0)
