ON_Mesh_IsPointInside always returns false #87

Hi, Testing the meshinside function i encountered that it always returns false testing with meshbox and a single point

solution for that?

I just pushed a temporary fix that will work until we've completed the low level OpenNURBS version of this function. See http://www.grasshopper3d.com/forum/topics/mesh-ispointinside-always-false for the discussion
