I model in both Rhino and MODO 301. I have to bring the modo file into Rhino for exporting stl. Modo file is brought in as "mesh". Rhino has a way of controling the number of polygons when turning nurb surfaces into mesh. Therefore I can make a very smooth stl file from nurb surfaces. However, once an object is mesh, there is no way of increasing the number of polygons. Given Rhino is such an important industrial design / rapid prototyping tool, can you guys add a tool for control mesh to stl output?
