Overkill #14

moved from wiki(http://wiki.mcneel.com/rhino/wishlist) I am missing the command 'overkill' which removes duplicate overlapping lines.

This especially useful for us who use Rhino for lazer cutting and don't want to cut the same line many times.

Use SelDup to locate exact duplicate objects in Rhino. This will leave one copy unselected, so Delete will clear the extras.
