I have been pleased to see Rhino 5 selectively include tools that meet the drafting standards of other programs.
One thing I think would help further is to add some system for the clipping of individual blocks and references.
This would be key to bring in a block or reference and then clip it for use in for example a construction detail where you needed to modify only part of that detail.
This would be similar to XCLIP in autocad for example.
