Alert On Missing Meshes #24

Alert user when geometry.getMesh(rhino3dm.MeshType.Any) is undefined. Or generate using compute?

I think eventually we could have a feature where a logged in user could use compute, but that is down the road. Having some sort of object table UI or showing some visual bounding boxes of objects with no meshes would help
