Make your own quadrille, graph, hex, etc paper! Uses the pgf/TikZ package for LaTeX, which should be part of any modern TeX installation.

Overhaul to create a package, and address page size/margin issues #6

I think this mostly addresses issues #3, #4, and #5. There is still a bit more work to do, but it's now way easier to customize.
Also added config for github actions which will automatically rebuild example PDFs on each commit.
