Add functionalities to Python library #19

Hi! Your code is great but some functionalities are missing in the Python library. For instance, it would be great if you could add the GetSubgroups, SelectSubgroup and AlignAxes functions. Thanks!

Thanks, and sorry for the very slow response. There are so many things that I hope to get around to implementing with this library, but with a family and full time job it's rare get the time (it also takes a while to wrap my head around everything whenever I do try to spend some time on it). I will add it to the list.
