problem downloading obo version RO #15

http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/ro.obo gives me an error that the connection was 
reset while downloading the file.
Time of attempted download 12:24 3/18/2014.

Maybe have been a temporary PURL outage, seems to work now.

Btw, I would *strongly* recommend consuming RO in OWL, both for browsing and 
consumption in the ZFIN infrastructure. We can help with this. Also for 
browsing, OntoBee is currently the best way
