Cyclic dependency involving 'part of' #19

Load <http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/ro/releases/2014-07-07/ro.owl> into 
Protege, run HermiT. An error is thrown:

IllegalArgumentException: The given property hierarchy is not regular.
There is a cyclic dependency involving property 
<http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/BFO_0000050>

This prevents importing RO into an ontology where DL reasoning is used.

I guess it may be related to 'involved in'.

Yikes, I thought there was a check to prevent a release if hermit croaked.

Looks like there isn't. There is a jenkins job that has been unhappy for a 
while http://build.berkeleybop.org/job/build-ro/ -- but this wasn't configured 
to email folks.

Fixing the build pipeline and the ontology...
