Please consider adding has_theme/theme_of relation #22

Please consider adding a relation has_theme and/or its inverse, theme_of.  This 
would be used for relations of movement or location.  It would be a child of 
the old Relation Ontology has_participant relation.

Sure.  If you look at Figure 1 of this paper:

...just to the right of the center of the figure, you'll see the FrameNet
Theme label on the "cargo" of a protein transport relation.  I'd like to
have the ability to use an OBO ontology for that, rather than FrameNet.

so "theme" refers to the role of an object in some situation?
