deal with missing BFO:has_part #49

the current release has many object properties that hold over BFO:0000051 
(has_part), but this seems to be missing from BFO now:

this needs to get fixed asap!

apologies for not tracking this down better.  it does seem to work if i go 
directly to the purl, but doesn't if i search for the term with ontobee.
