RO_0002001 'aligned with' is just a label. I recall discussing this as part of
the neuro relations but it doesn't appear to be used.

RO_0002008 'coincident with'
A relation that holds between two linear structures that are approximately
parallel to each other for their entire length and where either the two
structures are adjacent to each other or one is part of the other.

This is a perfectly fine relation, but the label is a bit misleading.
Coincident implies time.

I'm wondering if there was some Protege snafu or IRI mixup? 'aligned with'
would be a much better name for RO_0002008
