Consider importing IAO ontology-metadata.owl in RO annotations.owl #57

On the one hand, it would be convenient to just import these standard terms.

One disadvantage is that IAO ontology-metadata.owl includes a bunch of IAO 
classes, such as 'information content entity', 'data item', and some children. 
That looks especially strange in RO's bfo-classes-minimal.owl, and might be 
confusing.
