Blast Corps - Does not run #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Starting the game 'Blast Corps'
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The game freezes at the Rare logo section with no response to any buttons.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest version: 2.2.3

Please provide any additional information below.
I don't know if this game is just incompatible but was wanting to see if this 
could be resolved.

Blast corps is incompatible with ALL n64 emulators.  As well as rogue squadron.
