No longer on marketplace?

What happened? I was going to buy the app today and now it's not there! Is 
there another way to get it?

Not for now unfortunantly.
Im actually kinda worried couse i got it and now its gone. Am i going to have 
to buy it again?
Pre existing licenses can be moved to the new one right?

You have to backup it yourself. Use Astro file manager, for instance.

I read somewhere that the app was removed from the market because of all the 
"[insert game here] DOESN'T WORK ONE STAR, DON'T BUY, REMOVED!" comments and 
low ratings. Yongzh is going to remove it, work on it privately, and release it 
to the world when ready. Don't quote me! Again, I read this on the android 
central forums

I was gonna buy it one day but no money soo i waited a week and bam itss gone i 
really wanted it id pay for it even with glitches please put back on and yongz 
saud it would be back in 1-2months

Do you also realize that the version that was sold on the Android marketplace 
was/is in violation of the GNU GPL?

Crazy I hadn't heard that. Do you have details on what the violation was etc? 
I'm assuming it was from pre-existing used derivative works because I thought 
he released it under the AL not GPL? Either way I hope things get straightened 
out this emulator looked promising and I can't seem to find any others lol

NVM I kind of think I see lol: 
http://www.apache.org/licenses/GPL-compatibility.html ... I'm sure there's a 
way to get to everyone singing Kum-By-ya at some point. I hope if there are any 
real issues they go the way of the do do and this app continues to be worked 
on, there's a fair amount of people still willing to donate/pay for this, 
especially if there is going to be active development :D
