Add Table showing Average contribution of committees in states per party #2

I have added the table of the average contributions and as the group today suggested added another graph on the transaction types. Let me know what you think.

We know only need to write up the blog!

I like the part about the graph of the different transactions type. I am working on writing up the blog right now.

Do you think having the facet wrap is better then the function? Or is there another place we can include a function?

The only thing that I am worried about at the moment is the fact that the new code does remove the function. Also, in the new version of the graph, the size on the text at the top means that the number for Illinois Republicans almost gets cut off
