Make page action icon "pop" on active pages #8

Currently, the page action icon looks the same regardless of which web page the user is on.

It would be nice if the icon could look somewhat "grayed out" or deactivated until the user navigates to www.nytimes.com/crosswords, at which point it could "pop out" to indicate to the user that there is a page action available.
