Replace "status" by "role" #40

Today the mobile client uses "Status" as a synonimous for "Role", which is not true. Replace it, and keep separate the roles "Moderator"/"Participant" and "Presenter". If the user has two roles simultaneously (Moderator and Presenter), show both roles. The icons in the users list can remain the same. If the user is moderator and presenter, show only the presenter icon.
