Let the mobile user manage the guests #41

If the mobile user is Moderator, he should be able to accept or deny other users to participante on the session. My suggestion is to display the guest users in the users list, with two buttons besides the user name, accept and deny, and at the bottom of the guests list add two buttons, accept all and deny all.
