The PiP enable/disable cycle must be coordinated natively.
It is not possible to detect whether the user clicked on the home button just using react-native, we must follow the android cycle and call enterPictureInPicture() at the time of userLeaveHint(). Or wait until a package that does that is published.

It is expected that we can emit special events when clicked inside the PiP window (mute/unmute/change focus), today it is just a view of the content area
