When a locked viewer is promoted to moderator the locker icon will now be removed. The locker settings are kept for the user (his locker settings are restored once he is demoted).

The locker icon will still appear in the users list, and it shouldn't. We can keep the lock settings of that particular user, but do not show the icon if he's moderator.
