I tested 10 to 15 times again with both Firefox and chrome and only once or twice did this happen, that shared notes loses its format when highlighting another pod. I am not sure if this is a real bug or not.

I noticed that if I try to change the format to another color for example, when I already have formatted it to a color, it goes back to the first I changed to. so it seems as if it is difficult to change format several times on the same text.

I have been informed, that if you format the text in shared notes the way you want it to be and before you leave the shared notes pod and click on another pod, make a blank line at the bottom of shared notes window. Then, when you leave the shared notes pod, the latest change, in format will stay.
This seems to be a temporary workaround.

Hi Kent, can you tell us more details of your Mconf setup? This looks like a problem we have dealt a time ago but it may be not completely fixed. Shared notes should be more stable at version Mconf 0.8.0.

Yes Pedro
We use mconf-live 0.7.3, some small modifications, otherwise nothing special but https. Alsop we have two servers with the same set up.

Hi @kentbborjke , can you please try it again in your current setup and let us know if the problem persists?
Hi
I tested with mconf-live 0.7.5 and i experienced that if I try to format the text somewhere in the text, for example with another color and leave the shared notes pod and clicks on another pod it lost the last format.
As mentioned above if I before leaving shared notes pod press enter at the bottom an create an empty line at the bottom, it does not lose its format when leaving the pod and clicking another pod.
This was done with windows 7
Regards Kent

Shared notes loses its format (tested with different colors) for moderator, when highlighting other pods. It does not change for connected attendants, when layout has been sent to others.
