This pull request includes all changes made so far in the branch v3, that was being developed in parallel with the current 2.x for a few months/years.
It includes several changes, starting with an upgrade to Bootstrap 3 and to Font-Awesome 4 and a revamp in the overall design of the application. It is now responsive, even though it hasn't been fully adapted to smaller screens yet.
A lot of old code was either removed or refactored, to rethink they way things work in the application. This includes several bug fixes, overall improvements and some changes in application behavior.
