What does "hasInstance" do? #149

Dear authors,

What exactly does "hasInstance" do? When I experiment with putting different class labels on True/False, I get very different results. Can you elaborate a bit on how "hasInstances" is usually used, and when it should be set to False or True?

Dear authors, i have the same question ! sky for example seems to have only one polygon per image and is as I expect set with HasInstance = False, but traffic sign , also set with HasInstance = False, has several polygons per image...
