Updated the code to work with Python 3.8.6 #26

Thanks for taking the time to write this pull request. As mentioned in the README, though, I'm no longer in a position to maintain or test this application so I can't test or merge such pull requests. I'd be happy to add a link to your repository to the README, though, if you'd like?
