Determine database

I need to determine which database to use. I shall go about this in the following sequence of tasks:

• [x] Firebase comes to mind, I will see if it fits my needs
• [ ] Otherwise, I shall compare the capabilities of different databases and DBMS's.
• [ ] Use the one that fits my requirements with the minimum overhead.

decided to use firebase with angular

I chose to use firebase because I am already familiar with the technology and pricing isn't as aggressive as other services.
