Player is sometimes sent to spawn instantly when they die in a duel

Describe the bug

Very rarely, when a player dies they are immediately set to spawn.

The death is tracked properly as the spectator items are put into the inventory a tick before the teleport happens.

Expected behavior

The player should stay in the location that they died in.

This is caused by right-clicking the 9th slot in the hotbar during the one tick that you have the spectator inventory for at the end of the duel.
