Spectators cannot fly in subsequent rounds (2+) #3

Describe the bug

When a round ends and there is a spectator, their ability to fly is removed.

Expected behavior

They should be able to fly at all times while spectating.

To reproduce

  1. Spectate a duel with the Rounds duel option set to 2 or more
  2. Wait until the round ends
  3. Once the new round begins, you cannot fly anymore
