Remove [BUG] and [FEATURE] prefixes from issue templates #66

I noticed that @ntoskrnl4 removes these tags every time there is a bug report or feature request, so we should probably just change it so that they don't automagically get added.

It should be noted that this commit will only take effect once we merge it into master

We should merge develop into master again soon, probably once I finish the docs for v0.0.1-alpha release (in accordance with 0/0's old release schedule).

Plugin API (#67) should be done for v0.0.2-alpha.
