The PCB design doesn't have any values for the resistors. Once we've tested some boards we should note the values in Kicad.

Something around 30-40 ohms seems to be working alright on the first test board.

The 30-40 ohm range (actually 33ohm) resistors are good for the LEDs. For the GPIO to transistor values we're trying 68 ohm, which would give ~44mA draw from the GPIO pins.
