Create Kicad component for ATX power supply connector #2

We're going to use an ATX power supply to provide power for it all, as that allows us to reuse existing old computer gear, and should provide enough power for ~500 neopixels (so enough for any individual geometric light bauble.

We should create both the symbol and the component footprint for this, so it's easier to wire up. https://www.smpspowersupply.com/connectors-pinouts.html has the pinout and details a Molex 2044206-0007 as the correct connector.

The schematic symbol isn't quite right - it causes complaints in the electrical rules check, which is probably me not quite getting the pin types right.
