Test circuit with Dotstar LEDs #6

There is support for the 4-wire APA102 LEDs too. Need to test it before finalising #3 (should also check the pin-out for the APA102 strips to ensure it matches the 4-pin screw-terminal connector)

Needs different firmware, but works fine!
