Create a "Getting Started" guide for the kits

We need a My Bike's Got LED version of the Getting Started guide.

Should probably recommend:

• Setting the number of LEDs
• Creating a preset
• Configuring the system to choose the preset at startup
• Instructions on how to fit the kit to a bike

I've copied over the Getting started guide and added a basic 'Setting up' section explaining how to attach the lights.
