Design a new footprint (for an on/off switch?) and add it to the #BadgeLife PCB

I needed to design a new symbol and footprint for the ATX power supply connector I'm using on the My Baby's Got LED board, so have documented that as a worked example.

The symbol side is done. Need to do the footprint next.

This is done, although there was a warning in the electrical rules check in the schematic editor when I was designing the My Baby's Got LED board, so ideally I'd work out how to resolve that too
