UL: Single Muon Trigger #94

@ParticleChef would you mind clarifying where these rootfiles are coming from and how the corrections in them were computed:

It would also be good to know how the single muon trigger menu was decided:

Also, which one of the histograms in these files is the one with the scale factors?

The single muon trigger is used for Monotop leptonic channel and it was added by Rishabh before. https://github.com/rishabhCMS/decaf/tree/new_coffea/analysis/data/trigger_eff_UL/UL_SingleMuon
