multiple respawns #6

[x] add specific respawns for hearth and lockout
[x] add more respawns for hearth and lockout
[x] add rotation
[x] don't carry forward the momentum when died
[x] add a 3 second respawn time
[ ] don't respawn right next to someone
[x] velocity carries over
