Name of API affected:
Analytics Data Export API

Request summary:
Being able to add annotations via API would be a useful feature. This would
allow tools like MailChimp, who integrate tightly with Analytics and drivs
website traffic to be able to annotate a campaign automatically.

Use Cases:
By creating and sending an email campaign that will automatically annotate
to Google Analytics, traffic can be directly correlated to an email
campaign.
