[错误/BUG]优化前端i18n #100

现在i18n有了支持的基础，但是还没有完全完成任务，以下是可能需要完成的任务

[x] 通过Embedding Additional Files来支持前端动态读取文件
[x] 通过 Config 来存储当前支持文本
[x] 需要通过前端能够调节语言
