namespace all CMake build options #67

I.e. have MCPL_BUILD_EXAMPLES rather than BUILD_EXAMPLES.

This is in particularly useful when including MCPL as a subproject via add_subdirectory (or fetchcontent, or...).

This was fixed in release 1.6.0.
