Add setup-ncrystal.sh instead of setup.sh #126

The setup.sh file looks out of place in many installations. We should consider providing an alternate name for now (ncrystal-setup.sh). Later we can retire setup.sh, and perhaps even both if we figure out a better recipe for the python installation with @MilanKlausz .

Will be addressed in upcoming v3.7.0 release, for now adding ncrystal_setup.sh and ncrystal_unsetup.sh files. In some future release we can then retire setup.sh/unsetup.sh
