update notebooks #163

Preview on github is broken now (although it worked earlier today?!?)

Invalid Notebook The Notebook Does Not Appear to Be Valid JSON Using nbformat v5.9.2 and nbconvert v7.3.1

Seemed to be some sort of glitch at github, the notebooks are working again.
