request for enhancement

Please make a portable version, so no installation is required.
A GUI that could run from a flash drive without installation would be very
usefull.

Just an FYI for anyone cares.  

You can _manually_ tweak Cryptophane so that it runs from a Flash drive.  It 
involves placing a folder(s) in the Cryptophane folder for your keyring and 
gpg.exe, and creating a custom Cryptophane.ini that points to this folder. 
There is also an .ini command instructing the program to ignore registry 
settings.  The Cryptophane.ini included in the installation has information 
about the commands to use.

There are calls on the Portable Apps website about needing a portable version 
of GPG as well.  This could potentially fill this void.
