🌎 Adds a local webserver for easy access to stats #13

Hello! I wanted to add an encounter counter to my stream overlay. To facilitate this I decided to add a local webserver to the application for easy access to the data it records.

I thought I'd spend an hour or two adding it to the settings and making a pull request in case this is a feature that more people would like.

Sorry to nag, but any thoughts on this PR?

I am happy to make any changes if necessary. I've found this super useful for myself at least to hook into a stream overlay.

Due to the nature of TemtemTracker, being an app that monitors your active running processes and takes regular screenshots, I decided long ago that I would not be adding any networking features to the tracker.

For this reason, I have to decline the PR. Sorry.

I'll maintain my fork for the time being, let me know if the stance changes :)
