Invalid torrent error message when opening torrent using safari, magnet, url or web.. after updating to ios6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.updated to ios 6
2.open torrent from safari
3.open torrent directly from url,magnet or web on itransmission3

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Before the upgrade, i can open torrent using safari.. It will automatically 
link it to itransmission

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ios6.1.2 

iTransmsision   3.0
libtransmission 2.76 (13786)
libevent    2.0.21-stable

Please provide any additional information below.

I have updated my ipad to ios6, have it jailbroken and installed itransmission 
3... But i can not use itransmission anymore.. Everytime i open a torrent using 
safari, then i click open in itransmission, i kept on having an error message 
saying that the torrent is invalid.... Before, i was on ios5 and i can use 
itransmission without a problem... I still follow the same process and i still 
get torrents from the same site... But i can not use it now.. Pls help
