What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. opening new torrent/url/magnet via cellular/wifi connection (both are
enabled)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
download wont start at all. I've searched a bunch of issues to solve this,
tried to add "write", reinstalling, but nothing happens. peers 0 out of 0. if
anybody has the same problem, please right back, i'll appreciate any kind of
support!
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
itransmission 4.6, ios 7.1.2 (pangu jailbreak)
